VisionPoint lets you start with a basic system and add specialized

Source code and modifiability
Full access to source code lets you modify the software to fit the unique
needs of your company. Hundreds of standard reports are included, with nearly
infinite ability to create custom reports. You can change everything from
basic data capture through calculation and reporting.

Real-time information puts you in control
SBT's advanced real-time capabilities give you instant access to current data. VisionPoint's Business Status Report™ lets you check vital company
measurements in real time. This unique feature operates like a business
thermostat. It checks AR balance, AP balance, month-to-date sales, and cost
of goods-even shows projected totals for the month (or any other period).
VisionPoint also provides ReadyView file browsers that give you unlimited
data access the way you want to see it. Display any information, in any
order, customized for any user. This technology means concise, immediate
business management. For example, you can quickly view all of your customers
with more than $5000 past due for more than 30 days. SBT's
"snapshot" tools turn customer data into business information.

VisionPoint's fully-integrated suite of eight accounting modules applications

General Ledger
General Ledger gives you complete general ledger and financial reporting
capabilities, from individual journal entries to balance sheets to income
statements. Built-in fund accounting also makes General Ledger an ideal

Accounts Receivable
Accounts Receivable provides a complete billing, inventory control, and
accounts receivable system with extensive sales analysis reports. Customer
and inventory account balances are automatically updated. Details.
Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable writes checks and tracks credits, discounts, partial
payments, and recurring expenses. An extensive report library and the ability
to process numerous inquiry types help you manage the details of your

Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders provides a complete purchase order processing system with
inventory. It tracks goods and services ordered, automatically updates vendor
and inventory account balances, and supplies a variety of reports. Details.
Sales Orders
Sales Orders generates, schedules, and maintains sales orders, order
backlogs, and inventory tracking. Backorders are retained until shipments are
completed or canceled. When linked to Accounts Receivable, invoices are
automatically generated during shipment processing. Details.
Payroll
Payroll helps companies manage employee information: salary, deduction
and tax information; payroll processing and check printing; payroll reporting
and record-keeping; government reporting for W-2's and 941's, including
filing federal and state W-2 information via magnetic media. Payroll comes
with your first year's Payroll Tax Subscription which includes updates as

Manufacturing
Manufacturing provides comprehensive time-series inventory management and
bills of materials maintenance. Manufacturing work orders are broken down to
their component parts to forecast gross and net requirements over six user-defined

Job Cost
Job Cost provides a fast and flexible budgeting and cost accounting tool
for project and job cost management. It lets you test, analyze, and adjust
budgets before you make final decisions. The program provides detailed
reports of all job-related costs so you can monitor a project's progress and

System Manager
System Manager is the core of your VisionPoint system, combining powerful
utilities and system-wide administration functions into a single control
center. It houses critical system passwords along with customer, vendor, and

operating environments. The actual system requirements (both workstation and
network servers) can vary significantly depending on your actual networking
environment. For example, topology, drivers, application software, and
