We have an exciting opportunity for a
Accounting Software Trainer to provide onsite training
support to new and existing Clients.
You should be a self-motivated individual with a strong aptitude toward
business and technology. You should be willing to learn new skills and
handle client support issues. You must have strong communication skills and a
positive attitude. This position does have the potential for flexible
scheduling/hours for the right candidate.
Primary Function
Provide ongoing support to ACCPAC
Business Management software clients
Position Requirements
Self-motivated
professional with outstanding organizational skills is required
College degree in accounting
Great communication skills
Flexible and positive attitude
Some travel in Connecticut
Desired
Accpac ProSeries experience
Accpac VisionPoint experience
Previous training experience
Main Activities
Provide on-site and remote
support to clients
Train clients on software usage
Work with programming dept to
test/troubleshoot customized software
